Flat galaxy rotation curves and weak gravitational lensing are standardly attributed to particle dark matter that has never been detected. This paper tests an alternative: a universal physical substrate with one fixed density produces finite gravitational domains around every mass, and those domains reproduce the observed dynamics.
The model is validated against 175 SPARC galaxy rotation curves and the KiDS-1000 weak lensing profiles, with fit quality reported against standard halo models. Every number needed to check the result is included.
