A century after the double-slit experiment, standard physics still describes light and matter as somehow both wave and particle, with no account of how a single entity manages both behaviours.
This paper resolves the duality structurally: every quantum entity is a localised core plus an extended substrate deformation field. The field produces interference; the core produces localised detection. Both behaviours coexist in one physical object.
